As a valued customer currently using our online activity booking system we would like to make you aware of some exciting improvements. The first change you’ll notice is a fresh new look and page layout. Other enhancements include a number of features like ‘My Preferred Booking Site’ and changes to the way you view available activities, which have all been requested by customers in the past.
The first time you login to the system, you may be asked to check your preferred booking site and change if necessary. Your current booking site will be displayed in the top right hand corner of your screen. If this is correct, then you just need to select the ‘Home’ logo in the top left hand corner of the screen. Once you have done this, each time you login back into the system it will automatically default to your preferred booking site and you’ll see a list of activities available TODAY at your preferred booking site. You can still book activities at other centres, by changing your preferred booking site or by booking activities on other days (booking restrictions may also apply).
There will also be an advanced search facility, shown in the image below to assist you in searching for the activities you wish to book, quicker and easier.
You will still receive email notifications for bookings and payments made through the system. All you need to do is make sure that your current email address is recorded against your member account so that you always receive these important notifications. You can check this and other details on your account using the ‘My Details’ option in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Lastly, you will still be able to pay for activity bookings online and settle any unpaid sales on your account via the system. For instance you’ll still be able to pay for the next term of swimming lessons online in the same way you did before.
