Timetables

In this section you will find all of the most recent timetables for this leisure centre. The timetables detail what is available in the different areas of the leisure centre at any given time. Please click on the links below which will take you to a new page. Here you can also save and download the timetable if you would prefer.

Our Holiday Programme will be in operation on the following dates:

Group Exercise Information

We love that you are all excited about Group Exercise. In order to get the most out of your class please read the following:

  • Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before any equipment-based classes to allow time for set-up prior to the scheduled start time. Arrive five minutes before the scheduled start time for all non-equipment based classes. (This will ensure that you hear all of the pre-workout advice and that the session starts on time).
  • If you are new to the class, let the instructor know as you come in - they can help you set up, give advice and encourage you throughout, ensuring that you feel confident and get the most from your class.
  • Keep your contact details up to date on your membership. If your details have changed then please let us know so that we can update our records and ensure you won’t miss any communications from us. (i.e. Waiting lists, free passes, special promotions). 
  • At peak times our classes are very popular, why not have a look at other evenings/ days as there may be more availability in your favourite classes.
  • If you have enjoyed your class or have any feedback or suggestions then please use our Customer Feedback forms in centre or Have Your Say Online to tell us about your experience – we value your feedback.

Booking Cancellations

To cancel a booking, please contact reception at least 6 hours before the session is due to start, otherwise a booking fee may be charged. For full Group Exercise Booking Information please refer to the document below.
