Everyone Active Swim Fitness
Swim Fitness is a fun and inspiring way to achieve your goals. With Swim Fitness you will get the most out of your time in the pool whether you swim for health and well-being, weight loss and toning, or fitness and performance.
At each of our pools you'll find a specially designed Swim Fitness unit on the poolside where you can select one of a number of colour-coded programme cards to help you get the most out of your session.
You will also find specialist equipment at the poolside swim unit - Kick Boards, Pull Buoys and Paddles - which are all available free of charge.
Choose from 3 programme levels - beginners, regular swimmers or serious swimmer. Before long, you'll find that there's more purpose to your swim - your motivation will increase and you'll enjoy real fitness, health and well-being benefits.
At Everyone Active there are a number of ways in which you can develop your aquatic skills, such as Rookie Lifesaver, Synchronised Swimming, Diving and other aquatic activities. We also have strong links to local competitive swimming clubs. |
