Activity One to One Session
When you first start to use the gym a qualified fitness motivator will take you through an activity 1:1 session giving you a great start. You’ll complete a 28-day activity planner to help you achieve goals, plus, it’s the best way to make sure you are doing your five activity sessions a week.

Results Cards
To help you achieve you goals we have introduced results cards that are designed to follow on from your one to one instruction. These cards set out planned gym training sessions from 30 minute workouts to strength based sessions – there are hundreds to choose from.
Personal Training
If you are looking for something to push you harder in your workouts then why not try our Personal Trainer programmes. These are ideal if there is a complex set of requirements such as a need to recover after injury or a need to work on specific body challenges. Our activity coaches give advice, understanding and encouragement. One on one consultation can hone a training programme to bring perfect results.
