Who are TrainingBible?
TrainingBible UK is Everyone Active’s endurance sports coaching partner. Metabolic assessment -
What’s a metabolic assessment?
Everyone burns off calories at different rates. A sure fire way to know how many calories you should be eating on a daily basis, to tailor your training and lose weight, is to get your Resting Metabolic Rate assessed. In simple terms, the results of the assessment will tell you how many calories you should eat, each day, to maintain your basic body functions.
How can it help me?
If you're a serious athlete or just want to keep healthy, this assessment will help guide you. When you know the exact number of calories you need to eat each day, it helps you understand what your diet and exercise plan should be, to either lose weight or gain weight.
What’s involved?
The assessment is very easy and there is no exercise involved. While sitting down, you breathe into a gas analyser, which is a tube comfortably fitted to your lower face. The assessment takes 10 minutes - afterwards a TrainingBible Coach will talk you through your results and what it means for you.
What’s the price?
Everyone Active members pay a discounted rate of £50 per assessment.
