The Bristol Half Marathon Business Challenge, which took placed on 6th September 2009, has been hailed as a success by the eight leisure facilities in Bristol that supported it.
The event attracted thousands of people from all over the UK to the Bristol to take part in the main half marathon and the Business Challenge. The 8 Everyone Active centres also put on a Kids Zone on the College Green which saw children of all ages taking part in a variety of activities including rugby, football and even hoola hoop. Parents weren't forgotten either and they got to take part in the activities with their kids.
A great time was had by all and we are all looking forward to next year's event. Congratulations to all the winners from the day.
