Following the success of MoreActive4Life, the Department of Health has sought the support of the FIA and its members to deliver the next high profile element of the Change4Llife campaign called Let's DANCE with Change4Life.
Let's DANCE with Change4Life is a great opportunity for anyone living near to one of our 11 centres involved in the challenge to be active through a variety of different dance techniques with free dance sessions available. A number of our centres will be hosting dance events during the weekend of 6/7 March 2010.
