Swimming – The Third Most Important Life Skill You Can Give Your Children

If you think about it we first teach our children to read, then to write.  But perhaps the third skill they should learn is how to swim. Why?

Because drowning is the third most common cause of accidental death in children under 16.

Hence swimming and water awareness are vital skills for all children and yet there are still many of them who go through life without being taught these essential skills.

At Everyone Active we’ve always got swimming lesson spaces available in our centre’s nationwide, so there’s no sitting on a waiting list.

Our lessons start for children as young as 4 months old and they are available 6 days a week.  To give our children a sense of achievement we reward them with badges and certificates when they reach key stages in their swimming development.  All of our teachers are ASA qualified and we have been recognised by the ASA as the operator who is leading the field in terms of swimming lesson delivery.

So why not enrol your child on a swimming lesson programme to help teach them a vital life skill.  They will get a lot from it including meeting new friends, learning a new skill and having great fun at the same time.  Any you can be happy in the knowledge that your child has an essential ability that could help to save their life.
