Grimsby Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre is situated in a central location near to the hospital. It serves the local community and the surrounding villages, is easily accessible and on the local bus route.

This centre offers excellent activity opportunities including working in the fitness suite independently or with an instructor. Members can book onto one of the 30 weekly group exercise classes ranging from Aerobics to Body Pump or Jam. Swim fun or family swim are available in the pools as well as lesson and there is also a diving bay for those adventurous enough to want to learn a new skill.
