Hornchurch Sports Centre is located in Harrow Lodge Park and is just outside Hornchurch town centre. The centre boasts superb fitness facilities and is one of the only facilities in the South East with 1, 3 and 5 metre diving boards.

The centre has recently been refurbished now offering excellent opportunities to join in activity. From a workout in the fitness suite to one of the many group exercise classes in the studio, members can choose how they want to keep active. The site also offers fun swims, swimming lessons, diving and other exciting activities in its two pools. In the sports hall members can choose from badminton, short tennis, indoor football and basketball as well as the centre offering two squash courts.
