Fitness Suite
If you enjoy a good workout then why not try out our fitness suite, complete with Precor equipment this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We also have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time.
Swimming Pool
Whether it’s our ASA accredited Swim School swimming lessons or Aqua Aerobics our wet activities offer something for everyone. We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax. We also have a diving bay area to help children and adults a like practice their skills.
Group Exercise Studio
We run a variety of classes within our studio including Box Active for 8-15 year olds, core conditioning and Legs Bums and Tums. Providing a range of unique classes at different times and levels during the week there is sure to be something to suit your needs.
Sauna and Steam Room
You can unwind and loosen up after your workout in our relaxing Sauna or Steam room.
Meeting Room
Our meeting room is ideal for personal or business use and is available to hire 7 days a week. For more information please contact reception.
