If you enjoy a good workout then why not try out our gym, complete with the latest technology by Cybex and Precor, this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We also have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time. The suite is fully air conditioned, with 28 workout stations and a separate free weights room.
We can offer our customers a variety of outdoor sports including football and hockey. From budding professionals to enthusiastic amateurs we help cater for anyone wanting to be active. We house two and a half pitches suitable for hockey, football and many other outdoor sports. For those wanting the classic grass pitch we can also provide this for friendly and competitive football games!
This area comes complete with 8 lanes and a 400m international athletics track. We can also provide all necessary equipment for athletes performing throws, jumps and steeplechase races. The stand holds up to 750 people and has great views of the track.
You can unwind and loosen up after your workout in our relaxing Sauna.
There are separate male and female changing rooms both equipped with hairdryers, which are free to use. All of our changing rooms are also equipped with lockers, which require a refundable £1 to access.
We have just installed a brand new disabled changing facility complete with disabled access toilets, shower, bed and bench. Please feel free to contact reception if you require further assistance.
