This means that our Group Exercise Instructors meet the National Occupational Standards (which describe the knowledge competence and skills of good practice). They hold a recognised and approved qualification, are competent in the work place, are committed to their ongoing professional development and are legally covered by appropriate insurance. REPs Instructors are committed to maintaining and developing their knowledge and skills through Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
