With a main pool, a teaching pool and a leisure pool with water features so there is always something happening in the water. Whether its our ASA accredited Swim School swimming lessons or Aquafit our wet activities offer something for everyone. We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax. The leisure pool is a great destination for families. If you enjoy a good workout in a state of the art environment then why not try out our fitness suite. With the latest Precor equipment this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time and you can also book our personal training to provide motivation and results driven exercise plans. We also offer a separate air conditioned cardio studio for those wanting to put extra work into their activity.
We have recently refurbished our sauna and steam room. Now after an activity at our centre you can revitalise yourself in a relaxing atmosphere.
