Fitness Suite and Group Exercise Studio
If you enjoy a good work out then why not try out our fitness centre at Grange Paddocks Leisure Centre. Since its redevelopment the fitness suite is offering 85 stations, Power Plate vibration training as well as one to one gym sessions and the very latest X-Dream Trixter bikes.
We also have a brand new fitness suite where we are offering a range of the latest in group exercise trends including X-biking and Body Pump sessions.
In addition to this we have results cards designed to offer you a different work out every time.
Swimming Pools
With a main pool and a teaching pool there is always something happening in the water. Whether it’s our ASA accredited Swim School swimming lessons or Aqua Aerobics our wet activities offer something for everyone. We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax.
Male and Female Changing Facilities
There are separate male and female changing rooms. All of our changing rooms are also equipped with lockers, which require a refundable £1 to access.
Meeting/Training Room
Our meeting/training room is ideal for business meetings or focused training sessions and has its open separate changing facilities. Please ask at reception for further details.
All Weather Pitches
We have a massive 13 outdoor pitches and 1500 trim trail for runners of all abilities. Three of the pitches are specially designed for juniors and we also have 3 mini grass pitches suitable for 7-a-side football training and matches. Customers can book pitches 7 days a week, please ask at reception for further details.
Vending
We provide a variety of light snacks and refreshments for all guests at different vending machines throughout the building.
Crèche
Our Ofsted registered Crèche services are available so that parents can take part in activities knowing their children will be well looked after. It is open between 9.30am to 12.30pm. Colourful toys and activities ensure your child enjoys their stay and learns to interact with other children of the same age.
Our Crèche charges are:
