Swimming Pool
Our spacious 25m pool has ensures that whether you are in or out of the water you will always benefit from the best experience. Our viewing gallery boasts a capacity of 200 split level seats so keeping an eye on the pool is never a problem. Activities range from our ASA accredited Swim School to our ‘Wet and Wild’ fun sessions. We also offer Aqua Aerobics with our qualified instructors. Finally, our 50+ classes ensure that we have enough water just about everyone.
Fitness Suite
Our Fitness boasts the latest in Gym and Fitness Equipment. With over 40 pieces of equipment ranging from Precor running machines to a full weights section you will never be stuck for an invigorating and challenging workout. In addition, why not take a look at our results cards which are designed to offer you a different workout every time, and with our dedicated fitness team on hand to help you our fitness suite is the only one you will ever need.
Group Exercise Studio

Sports Hall
Our Sports hall offers a range of activities from Badminton and Short Tennis to five-a-side football. Please contact the centre for more details on hiring the Sports hall or reserving a badminton court for you and your friends.
Climbing Wall
If you are looking for a new challenge then why not try out our climbing wall. Run by qualified supervisors our climbing wall brings a new dimension to activity and encourages you to use your brain and brawn together to overcome this hurdle.
Children’s Birthday Parties
Birthdays - a special time so why not make this one the one to remember. Choose from a variety of themes. Fun and safety are of paramount concern to our teams, that's why we have party leaders/Lifeguards on hand at all times to ensure your child makes the most of their special day (and we'll clear up the mess too!).
Sports Courses for Children
