If you enjoy a good workout then why not try out our fitness suite, complete with 55 pieces of Precor and Cybex equipment, this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We also have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time.
Whether it’s our ASA accredited Swim School swimming lessons or Aqua Aerobics our wet activities offer something for everyone. We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax. We also have a separate 12m learner pool available to help children and adults a like.
We run a variety of classes within our studio including pilates and Group Cycling. There is sure to be something to suit your needs.
For all weathers and even in the dark, our floodlit Astroturf pitch and warm up area cater for anyone wanting to hone their football or hockey skills.
