Ashdown Leisure Centre is situated in Canford Heath, in the north of Poole. The Centre has extremely close links with the nearby Ashdown Technology College and is host to many clubs including Poole Hockey Club and Poole Athletics Club.

Recently refurbished this centre offers great opportunities to get active including spacious fitness suite featuring state of the art equipment, air-conditioned group exercise studio offering a variety of classes, badminton, indoor and outdoor football, basketball, volleyball and netball, an athletics track and tennis.
