• The following terms apply for the membership offer – join & get 28 days membership free..
• Offer available from APRIL 1st – MAY 31st 2012:
  • The offer is an online exclusive available in most centres please check with your nearest participating leisure centre.
  • All customers MUST complete an application form for FREE Everyone Active Card at centre or must have a card already to participate in the offer.
  • The offer is available to those members who join & take out a membership package.
  • The offer is applied to all membership categories available at your nearest leisure centre.
  • Membership prices across all our centres will vary, again check with your nearest leisure centre.
  • The offer applies to the fees charged on joining. You will be charged a joining fee, plus a membership fee. The joining fee will be reduced by the cost of being a member for 28 days or you will receive a letter allowing you 28 days membership free which you will need to present at reception as instructed.
  • If you purchase a monthly membership you can get an extra 25% off activity membership if your child is enrolled on our swimming lessons, only available in selected centres please check with your nearest leisure centre.
  • All our normal membership terms apply (see back of application form)
  • All operational & booking privileges & regulations apply
  • All members who join & want to use the gym must get a PARQ completed
  • The offer is open to UK residents aged 11 or over.
  • May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.
