Stratford Leisure & Visitor Centre has improved its facilities and equipment thanks to an investment of over £500,000 by Everyone Active (SLM Ltd.)
NEW equipment and facilities include...
- Hi-tech, interactive, gym machines with personal TV screen and iPod connection

- New Keiser Group Exercise Bikes

Gym

The new extension will double the size of the gym to accomodate brand new cardio machinces with all the latest interactive technology - individual TV monitors and iPod connection.
The latest Trixter bikes are being added offering an interactive and challenging cycling session. Plus new Power Plates will add an extra dimension to your workout.
As well, we’re introducing Zig Zag dance mats & interactive sports walls provding a new activity space.This will add more variety and fun to your time in the gym.
A brand new range of strength,resistance and free weights equipment will complete the new gym catering for all abilities.

Group Exercise Studio
The new springboard floor, air conditioning, and new Kieser spin bikes will improve further our very popular group exercise programme.
Try great new classes including Zumba, which is like no other workout you’ve ever experienced, and Total Dance, which is being introduced for kids from 4-16 years.
Sports
Check out our improved sports programme for kids and families. New classes, courses, roller discos, and birthday parties are all great fun.
