We boast brand-new gym equipped with the very latest state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment. We offer a range of strength, functional and cardio equipment to cater for abilities and ages, while our friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to help out too.
Group Fitness Studio
You can choose from an exciting fitness programme promoting classes such as Bodypump, Clubbercise, Pilates, Yoga and Circuit training. We offer classes throughout the week and the weekends, so you’re sure to find one that fits in with you and your schedule.
Swimming Pool
This 25m pool caters for everyone’s preferred aquatic activities. Whether you want to get fit, have a go at our aqua aerobics classes, have a casual swim, enjoy our Wet ‘n’ Wild fun sessions or take advantage of our award-winning swimming lessons, there’s something for you.
Group Cycling Studio
Our large dedicated group cycling studio offers classes with our expert trainers who provide an amazing atmosphere. There is no better place to cycle and keep fit, as well as getting to know new people.
