If you enjoy a good work out in a state of the art environment then why not try out our NEW fitness centre at Fanshawe Pool and Gym. With the latest equipment and a fully air-conditioned suite, this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We have results cards designed to offer you a different work out every time and you can also book our personal trainer to provide motivation and results driven exercise plans.
This area is dedicated to specific fitness and allow our Personal Trainers to offer a high standard of specific equipment. With a Power Plate, a Reaction Trainer, a variety of free weights, exercise balls and medicine balls, this room also benefits from air conditioning.
With have a fantastic 5 lane main pool, there’s always something happening in the water. We also offer ASA accredited ‘Swim School’ and Aqua Aerobics or Swim Fitness helping to suit everyone’s fitness levels.
There are separate male and female changing rooms. All of our changing rooms are also equipped with lockers, which require a refundable £1 to access.
We provide a variety of light snacks and refreshments for all guests at different vending machines throughout the building.
