At Everyone Active we believe any activity is better than no activity. Experts agree 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week is the best way to achieve health benefits. There are plenty of opportunities to be active at your local centre, see the timetables below:
Gym Open - 10.00am - 6.00pm
Main Pool
10.00am - 4.00pm - swim for all
4.00pm - 5.30pm - swimming lessons
5.30pm - 6.30pm - swim for all
Learner pool
11.30am - 2.30pm - swim for all
2.30pm - 6.30pm - swimming lessons
This means that our Group Exercise Instructors meet the National Occupational Standards (which describe the knowledge competence and skills of good practice). They hold a recognised and approved qualification, are competent in the work place, are committed to their ongoing professional development and are legally covered by appropriate insurance. REPs Instructors are committed to maintaining and developing their knowledge and skills through Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
