Sutton and Cheam Swimming Club

Sutton and Cheam Swimming Club – Sutton and Cheam Swimming Club is a friendly club catering for boys and girls aged 5 upwards. The club provides training for swimmers of all abilities and to County and National Championships standard.

Cheam Marcuda Swimming Club

Cheam Marcuda Swimming Club is a competitive swimming club formelly Cheam Ladies S.C. The club are now open to boys and girls. Sutton Storm Basketball Club

The Sutton Storm was orginally started by the London the Borough of Sutton creating u18 Basketball sessions for local teenagers. Now running for two full seasons, Sutton Storm have two junior teams u14 + u16 and also a ladies team, more information can be found on the clubs website www.suttonstorm.org

 Westcroft Karate Club

Westcroft Karate Club has been established at the leisure centre for over 35 years and practices a style of Karate called Kyokushin. The club is friendly and welcomes students of all ages and a member of renowned British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK).

The club trains at Westcroft on Thursdays and has both junior (6-15 years, 6pm - 7pm) and adult classes (7.30pm - 9pm)

Crystal Palace Community Sports Trust

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise that cultivates harmony of mind and body through the practice of slow meditative movemnets. Tai Chi exercises is renowned over the world for its therepeutic qualities and for its ability to help relieve the stresses of modern life.

If students wsh they can also learn Tai Chi self defence, pushing hands, and Sword Form.

Westcroft Triathlon club

Westcroft Triathlon Club is a new multisports club and is open to people of all ages and abilities. Whether your looking for a new challenge, training partners or just a real friendly club atmosphere we have it all right here on your door step.

The club is fully registered and insured through Triathlon England.

The Best News about the club is that it is only £15.00 to join for adults and £12.00 for juniors
Training sessions are based out of Westcroft Leisure Centre and Cheam Leisure Centre.

Sessions include;

Masters swim sessions with a qualified coach 3 times a week
(Tuesday 19:00 till 20:00 - Westcroft Leisure Centre)
(Saturday 20:00 till 21:00 - Westcroft Leisure Centre)

Cycle Spin class on wednesday nights 19:30 onwards - Westcroft Leisure Centre
Group Road Ride for that on road experience Sunday 08:30 - Westcroft Leisure Centre

Junior Triathlon Club Session - Every Friday from 18:00 at Westcroft Leisure Centre,
giving you the opportunity to work in the pool with qualified triathlon coach.
Then heading up to the gym to work on your running and strength training
under the coaches watchful eye.

Running specific sessions are also available available in partnership with
Sutton Runners on a Monday at a joining fee of £21.00 to Sutton Runners.

Westcroft Judo club

Established at Westcroft leisure centre 1996, we are a friendly welcoming club, providing Judo coaching, training, grading and competition opportunities for all abilities from novice up to national and international standard, for boys and girls from age 5 upwards and men and women of all ages. Mini dragons age 5, 6 & 7, junior age 8- 13 and senior age 14+.
Our dedicated and experienced coaches provide an excellent programme for all.
