Established at Westcroft leisure centre 1996, we are a friendly welcoming club, providing Judo coaching, training, grading and competition opportunities for all abilities from novice up to national and international standard, for boys and girls from age 5 upwards and men and women of all ages. Mini dragons age 5, 6 & 7, junior age 8- 13 and senior age 14+.
Our dedicated and experienced coaches provide an excellent programme for all.

Saturday 9:00-10:00am Junior, 10:00-11:00am Mini Dragons

Participants enjoy fun activity sessions, talk about portion sizes, snacks, recipes and do food tasting challenges. 90% of parents attending said their child’s eating habits and activity levels had greatly improved since joining A’n’K.
