Fitness Suite

If you enjoy a good workout in a state of the art environment then why not try out our fitness suite.  With 120 pieces of the latest Precor equipment and the introduction of our new Power Plates this is a great way to boost your fitness levels.  We have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time and you can also book our personal training to provide motivation and results driven exercise plans.

Group Exercise Studios

If you like to work out in a group then we have got classes to suit every need.  From classes designed specifically for the 50+ market to young adult sessions – there will be something to spark your interest.  We offer the very latest in group exercise classes and techniques and offer taster sessions for smaller groups of people wanting to try out a new class.

Swimming Pools

With our 25m main pool and teaching pool there is always something happening in the water.  Whether it is our ASA Award winning Swim School swimming lessons or Aqua Aerobics our wet activities offer something for everyone.  We offer training schedule cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax. For those Active swimming kids we have main pool inflatable sessions and those who are younger teaching pool sessions with mum and dad.

Sports Hall

Our sports hall is able to offer a full range of group activities from 5-a-side football to badminton.  It also plays host to circuit training during the week which is a very popular class.

Courts

At Fareham we can offer our customers a variety of racquet sports including badminton, squash and outdoor tennis on our courts.  From our budding Andrew Murray’s to the enthusiastic amateur Fareham Leisure Centre caters for anyone wanting to be active with a racquet. We also run a Squash league at the centre.

Dance School

New for January 2011. We are proud to offer a Dance School, for more information please enquire at reception.

Birthday Parties

Choose from a Mega Wet'n'Wild Inflatable or Mini Wet'n'Wild pool party, soft play party for the under 5s, parties for the over 5s including: Cheerleading, Boot Camp, Disco or Active Sports.  Or why not try something completely different and book one of our NEW 'Tri Golf' mini golfing parties.  Whatever you choose the most important thing is that we will make sure that they children are kept entertained.

Crèche

Our crèche is open weekdays so that parents can take part in an activity knowing their children will be well looked after.  We can look after your children from a few weeks to 5 years old. With lots of colourful toys and activities, we will ensure your child enjoys their stay and learns to interact with other children of a similar age.

Fareham Crusaders Running Club

Fareham Crusaders Running Club gathers at Fareham Leisure Centre every Tuesday & Thursday night at 7pm.

It costs £20 to join per year.
