We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax.

If you enjoy a good workout in a state of the art environment then why not try out our fitness suite. With 50 pieces of the latest Technogym equipment this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time and you can also book our personal training to provide motivation and results driven exercise plans.
Movement Studio

If you like to work out in a group then we have got classes to suit every need. From classes designed specifically for the 50+ market to young adult sessions – there will be something to spark your interest. We offer the very latest in group exercise classes and techniques and offer taster sessions for smaller groups of people wanting to try out a new class.

Creche

Our crèche is open each weekday so that parents can take part in activity knowing their children will be well looked after. Children can come from a few weeks old. Colourful toys and activities ensure your child enjoys their stay and learns to interact with other children of the same age.
