What made you decide to work in the Fitness Industry?
I love to see members and clients working hard and achieving results. There is no better feeling that’s why I’m in this industry

Testimonial
"Before I started training with Matt, I could count my yearly visits to the gym on one hand and even then, they mostly consisted of a leisurely swim and sauna session. After seeing some holiday photos of me in a bikini, I decided that it was time to do something to get in shape for my next holiday so I booked a personal training session with Matt. Straight away, he put me at ease and listened to my needs and expectations, and from there we set on a training plan and outlined some achievable goals related to my fitness. Since I started, not only have I lost the weight that I wanted to, but I have toned up and feel more body confident and my overall fitness has increased drastically. Each session with Matt is always different and never repetitive; I always leave feeling great and looking forward to the next session. What I really like is that Matt not only plays to my strengths, but he also strengthens my weaknesses and he has influenced my attitude towards food, resulting in a much healthier and balanced diet"

We provide swimming lessons for children of around 4 years upwards and training for competitive swimming from around 7/8 years. Swimming is universally recognised as an excellent way of keeping fit and we have an active Epping Forest 'Masters' section.
Whilst much attention is focused on helping swimmers achieve success at Essex, East Region and National competitions, we also hold Club Championships, Charity Galas and Social Events. Our Christmas Relay Gala in support of Cancer Research is an established favourite.
The first training session took place over 25 years ago, way back in 1977. Have a look at the Club History page and if you have any facts that we should add
