Swimming Pool
Our 33m long swimming pool offers something for everyone. Whether it be our ASA accredited swimming lessons or Aqua Aerobics sessions. We offer results cards in the pool for those who want to use the pool to get fit and fun sessions for those who just want to relax. We also have 1m, 3m & 5m diving boards available. Separate to this is our 12m baby and toddler pool.
Sports hall with Seating for 300
Our 8 court sports hall offers a range of activities from Badminton and Short Tennis to Basketball with spring loaded basketball rings and five-a-side football. Please contact the centre for more details on hiring the Sports hall or reserving a badminton court for you and your friends.
Fitness Suite
If you enjoy a good workout in a state of the art environment then why not try out our fitness suite. With 60 pieces of the latest Precor equipment and the introduction of our new Power Plates this is a great way to boost your fitness levels. We have results cards designed to offer you a different workout every time and you can also book our personal training to provide motivation and results driven exercise plans. We also offer a spinning area, a boxing zone and free weights area.
Group Exercise
If you like to work out in a group then we have got classes to suit every need. From classes designed specifically for the 50+ market to young adult sessions – there will be something to spark your interest. We offer the very latest in group exercise classes and techniques and offer taster sessions for smaller groups of people wanting to try out a new class.
Squash Courts
We have 2 Squash courts at Hornchurch Sports Centre. They are available from 8am to 10.20pm. The courts can be booked for 40 minute sessions.
Cafe
After a hard workout you need time to relax so why not take the weight off your feet and try one of refreshing Smoothies or our freshly delivered Paninis.
Creche
Our crèche is open each weekday from 9.00am so that parents can take part in activity knowing their children will be well looked after. Children can come from a few weeks old. Colourful toys and activities ensure your child enjoys their stay and learns to interact with other children of the same age.
