BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hardcore competitor!

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by Martial Arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, Strike, Punch, Kick and Kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYSTEP™

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around it you get huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

On yer bike! Calories killing at it's best without the stress of any complicated moves. Great music, motivational instructors and a chance to burn up to 450 calories per 30mins will complete your journey to calorie burning heaven.

Low Impact Aerobics

An all over body workout, this low impact version of our popular circuit sessions is ideal for returning mums, 50+ and those with any mobility issues.

RPM™

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Running Club

Anyone can do it! Almost anyone can put on a pair of trainers and become a regular runner, although you might need to start with walking, and build up your speed and distance gradually. Plod, Jog or run weekly with like minded people who enjoy the outside environment.

Tabata™

Tabata is the first fitness system born in a lab, not a gym and is clinically proven to get you fit in just 4 minutes. These workouts use unique body-weight moves, challenging full body drills and include a dynamic multi-planar warm up and cool down. This session promises to keep buring calories for 12 hours AFTER you leave the gym and is better than any other HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) system tested.

Social Cycling

Connect with like-minded cyclists, these sessions are fun, free and informal led rides - See Cycle board for times, level of groups, buddy rides etc. Step Using simple moves Step allows you to train at the intensity you want without having to think too hard. It features a mixture of interval training followed by muscle conditioning to shape and tone the entire body.
