A fun way to tone, burn calories and mobilise joints. It combines traditional Eqyptian dance with modern fusion.

BODYJAM™

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre, and get high on the feeling of dance.

BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVEballs, VIVEtubes and fitness workout that uses VIVEballs, VIVEtubes and bodyweight to boost fitness and core strength. Booiaka

Booiaka is a great fun freestyle dance class which tones the whole body and burns lots of calories, we guarantee you won't be able to stop smiling throughout the whole class!

Boxercise™

A martial art based fitness session that is fun and non-contact, providing a great workout for all fitness levels. Concentrating on boxing moves in a circuit format, this session will effectively tone the upper body and increase stamina and strength.

Buggy Fitness

Buggy Fitness is a class for mums that want to shift that post baby weight, and meet other mums, it will work the whole body incorporating your baby/ies in there buggy. The only equipment you need is a buggy with at least 1 baby and some trainers (no need for a fancy buggy). These sessions are taught by a qualified pre & post natal instructor.

Chairobics

An effective class designed for sitting and standing (if desired), using the chair for support. Suitable for those less mobile, wheelchair users, those with joint problems or injuries.

Dance Fitness

Fitsteps

If you want to get fit, fast, lose those unwanted pounds and have more fun than you can believe doing it, here's some great news for you.'Strictly Come Dancing' dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster and a group of health and fitness professionals to produce a unique dance and fitness programme – 'FitSteps' They have combined for the first time the best known and most popular Latin and Ballroom dances with proven fitness techniques, to develop a dance/fitness programme that is capable of delivering fast fitness results, with a heap of fun thrown in!

Forever Fit/Evergreens/Second Youth 50+

A fun low intensity session for those young over 50's. These sessions vary centre to centre and may include badminton.

Get fit, look fab, have fun - the Bollywood way! Just Jhoom! means Just Dance! and draws on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to bhangra with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz - it is energetic, loads of fun and very tongue-in-cheek!
