Sporting FUNdamentals is an after school programme with a variety of sports activities aimed at teaching children aged 5 - 11 years old the fundamental skills of movement.
Using different sports such as tri-golf, indoor curling, badminton, basketball, athletics and tennis, children will learn skills for life and improve on their physical fitness, health and wellbeing.
We have strong and established links with Local Authorities, education and health establishments of whom we are partnering with in the delivery of activities in schools as part of the Department of Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport funding in the academic years of 2013 to 2014 and 2014 to 2015.
Sporting FUNdamentals will operate in your school throughout the academic year. Children will be enrolled on a 12 week sporting FUNdamentals course which will consist of various sporting activities and a weekly healthy eating workshop. The school will be provided with a Marketing toolbox containing posters, parent’s guides, enrolments forms and an operational manual coinciding with Ofsted requirements. The school will be assigned a team of coaches and Programme Manager to co-ordinate the programme for your school.
