Everyone Active want to support you any way we can to help keep you fit, healthy and active. Weight Management is an important aspect of healthy living. To maintain a healthy weight you need to be physically active, have a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle. So now you can be active outside of our facilities and have a nutrition solution at home.

Why is it important to manage our weight?

Not managing our weight, becoming overweight, obese or morbidly obese can impact on our health, mental health and lifestyle. The impact of carrying extra weight on our body can lead to the development of a number of diseases. Disease such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes type 2, strokes, joint pain . Our daily ability to perform activities can be affected but also our self confidence. This is why we believe keeping active and leading a healthy lifestyle has many positives and improves health and quality of life.

We wanted to provide our members with a programme which supports and promotes creating new lifestyle habits that can be continued after achieving a goal weight. No more yo yo dieting!
