About this Centre
Here at Rossmore Leisure Centre, we’ve got a host of activities for you to enjoy. As well as our pool, in which you can enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, alongside other aquatic activities, you can also take part in a variety of group fitness classes and use our state-of-the-art gym. You can enjoy a variety of activities in our sports hall, which also hosts Poole Gymnastics and Trampolining Club, a centre of excellence for those sports. Outside, there are also grass pitches, floodlit netball courts and a multi-use gaming area.

Gym
The centre boasts a modern gym that is equipped with all the latest cardio and resistance equipment, making it perfect for your fitness needs, whatever they may be. We also offer a GP referral scheme, working with many local medical practices.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
This a fantastic family-friendly 25m pool. We offer a great variety of sessions including family fun swims and lane swimming, while the pool also features a bubble geyser and a moveable floor. Meanwhile, our award-winning swimming lessons run seven days a week for all ages and abilities.
Sports Hall
We have a two large and flexible sports halls at the centre, which can be used for a variety of sports including badminton, five-a-side-football, basketball and volleyball.
