About this Centre
Here at Peckham Pulse Leisure Centre, we’ve got just about everything to keep you active and having fun at the same time. Whatever your fitness goals, our state-of-the-art gym is the perfect place to tone up, lose weight or build muscle, while our swimming pool hosts our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a host of other activities. Furthermore, you can also sample our huge range of group fitness classes, which are designed to suit a variety of needs and abilities. Meanwhile, parents can make use of our fantastic creche facilities, meaning childcare isn’t a problem.
As part of our commitment to swimmer safety we have invested in the Poolview Plus system for our main pool. The system works by relaying real-time digital video images from underwater cameras to the lifeguard monitoring station. The display gives Lifeguards an un-compromised view of below water swimmer activity.
All Southwark residents have access to free swim and gym sessions in council-owned centres at certain times during the week.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

Peckham Pulse has a large 116-station gym, featuring the latest TechnoGym resistance and cardio equipment, perfect for all your needs. Our team of knowledgeable Gym Motivators, are happy to assist wherever possible and can help keep you on track.
Group Fitness Studio
We offer an extensive range of Group Fitness classes across three state-of-the-art studios, which include yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, Bodypump, zumba and group cycling. Our fantastic instructors are sure to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Swimming Pool
Peckham Pulse’s swimming facilities include a 25m, six-lane swimming pool, as well as a hydrotherapy pool. We offer award-winning swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, while the pool’s also available for lane swimming, or just for fun.
Everyone On Demand
WELLNESS, WHENEVER, WHEREVER with Everyone On Demand. Access to our hand-picked fitness and wellness partners.
