If you’re looking for a way to de-stress, improve your posture or increase your core strength, our yoga classes might be for you. Our trained instructors will guide you through each 45-minute session, helping you to focus on your posture and your breath.
Yoga has numerous benefits for both your physical and your mental wellbeing. Why not sign up for a session to try it out? They run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with different slots available during the day and in the evening.
If you want a different style of fitness class or something a bit different from your normal workout routine, take a look at one of Porchester Centre’s pool classes. One of the real benefits of being a member at Porchester Centre is the ability to make use of the pool as well as the gym facilities, which means you can take part in classes like Aqua Aerobics.

Any Porchester Centre membership package that gives you group exercise membership will allow you to take part in our fitness classes for no additional cost. If you have a swim only membership or you’re not yet a member, you can still book onto classes through our website and pay per session.
