Our gym facility has 120 pieces of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including both resistance and cardiovascular equipment. This means we offer users the chance to have a great workout, while our team of Fitness Motivators are on hand to offer help in any way they can.

With over 100 group fitness classes per week we have something for you. Classes on the timetable include Pilates, circuit training, Les Mills favourites Bodypump & Bodycombat and many more.

Our extensive swimming facilities include a 33m, six-lane pool, a leisure pool and a fun splash zone. If that isn't enough, an exciting flume is available too. A range of swimming activities are available from recreational swimming to our fun inflatable fun swims and our award-winning swimming lessons. All swimming sessions can be booked in advance via the app or website.

FORTIS is a fantastic new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that’s perfect for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The FORTIS workout involves you working out at 90% of your maximum heart rate at short, sharp intervals, with brief rests in-between. No muscle soreness at all – HIIT without the hurt!

Westgate Active Wellbeing Suite provides a social, non-intimidating environment that allows people to exercise at an intensity that is suitable for their health needs for both men and women. To ensure exclusivity, we offer a separate membership from the main gym.
