Table tennis, or ping pong as it’s also known, is a fun, physical game that is easy to learn, safe and social to play. The game is fast and requires bursts of activity, together with quick reactions. Regular play will improve your hand-eye co-ordination and build mental alertness, concentration and tactical strategy.
