Dynamic movements, or ‘Dynos’ are explosive movements where you let go of all points of contact with the wall, using an explosive jumping movement. The first thing you must do when you realise a Dyno is required is to read the situation, i.e. where you are and where you’re heading for. Make sure you’ve got a firm grip on the hand hold and that you can push firmly with both your hands and feet. It’s also important never to take your eye off your objective, while another top tip is to ensure your hips and your torso are in line with one another, which will help you reach your target.
