Campus boards are fantastic for helping you develop even more explosive strength and power. Be aware that campus boards should only be used by experienced climbers who have the appropriate level of strength already, otherwise you may well hurt yourself.
Before you start campusing, it’s vital you’re fully warmed up, but still fresh and not tired, as you’ll need every ounce of strength. Campusing is characterised by using fast, powerful, but controlled movements up the board, making sure you perform each exercise symmetrically, to avoid developing any imbalances. To make things harder for yourself, you can also move to the smaller rungs, but again, only strong, experienced climbers should attempt this.
