Our group fitness classes are fun, friendly, social fitness sessions led by expert instructors. Whether you are looking for a high-intensity workout, help build your core stability and strength, manage your weight, improve your flexibility, to tone your body or just for something different to add variety to your exercise programme, our range of activities will have something to suit your needs.
Classes last from 30 to 90 minutes and differ in intensity depending on the session. Led by motivational instructors, they are structured and progressive, making them ideal for those who dislike exercising alone, find it difficult to motivate themselves or are not getting the results they want. Research has shown people taking part in group classes tend to stick to their exercise programmes longer than people who train alone.
