Our young adult sessions are aimed at 11 to 15 year-olds and normally run in term-time only. These include a host of different activities, ranging from dance to gym sessions, as well as many more. They’re perfect for helping to lure teenagers away from less active pursuits.
These sessions will help you achieve a full body workout, and consists of cardiovascular and resistance exercises set to motivational music.
