Enjoy a right Royal Workout for the King’s Coronation

To celebrate the King’s Coronation, we have come up with a regally-themed workout for you to enjoy over the bank holiday weekend. You might notice a few of the names of the exercises have changed… so why not don your crown and best Union Jack workout suit and take on our Coronation Workout?

This is a circuit workout. Aim to complete three sets with 8-10 reps for each exercise. Take a 30 second rest in between each set.
