EA Series

EA Series is a dynamic package of nine group fitness and gym-based classes brought to you by our very own Everyone Active master trainers. From high-octane calorie burners like Bootcamp and cardio, to holistic sessions like Pilates and Release to rejuvenate your mind and body, there’s something for everyone.

The classes last between 20 and 45 minutes, meaning you can fit them into a busy lifestyle. They allow you to work at your own pace, with progression and regression options.

Holistic

EA Series Yoga

This fantastic flowing Yoga programme led by Sam is a brilliant way to help improve your balance, flexibility and strength. You’ll keep your body moving throughout the class, linking breathing techniques together to help build strength and endurance across the body. This is a superb programme to add to your existing exercise regime, or to enjoy in isolation.

EA Series Pilates

Michelle’s Pilates programme will take you on a journey towards strengthening your body, with a focus on your core, posture, flexibility and balance. The focus on good posture and core strength improves general fitness and helps prevent injuries. This low impact class is great for all levels for fitness and is a great supporting class for other all training goals.

EA Series Release

Looking after your body when exercising is just as important as the workout itself. In these sessions, Sam will help you understand how these techniques can help you training at your full potential. Using a foam roller, the classes will lead you through release routines to target specific body areas to ensure you will stay injury free.

Cardio

EA Series Cardio

Boost your fitness and stamina with Kurtis’s fantastic body weight Cardio class. These sessions mix it up every time to keep it interesting and help you meet your goals. A great class to get your cardio fix using body weight exercises. These classes use a mixture of different training styles to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged.

EA Series High Intensity Low Impact

Burn calories, stay in shape and boost your fitness levels without any of the punishing impact that you’ll find with some workouts. If this sounds like a bit of you, try out Jo’s High Intensity Low Impact programme! It’s a great way to push your fitness levels without all the jumping around. EA Series High Intensity Low Impact is a fantastic way to burn calories and keep in shape.

EA Series Seated

This is something a little bit different. If you struggle with your mobility a little or aren’t used to exercise, then this seated workout programme could well suit you down to the ground! All the exercises within the classes can be done from any chair and help get your arms and legs moving. This builds strength, mobility and, vitally, confidence in your own ability to get moving! You’ll challenge your fitness levels with cardio and resistance exercises, helping boost both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Fitness & Conditioning

EA Series Core

These Core classes will help you boost your entire core area, not just your six pack. They’re mostly body weight workouts specially designed to challenge those deep core stabilisation muscles. This programme is focused on targeting the full core area and challenging deep core stabilisation muscles, as well as the six pack. Master Trainer Robert uses a variety of traditional abdominal exercises and functional full body exercises to help you get fantastic results every class.

EA Series Conditioning

Kelly’s Conditioning programme will help you sculpt and tone using light dumbbells. You’ll burn calories, tone and, depending on the class, either do a full body workout or target specific muscle groups. These are great sessions for burning calories and toning the body.

EA Series Bootcamp

Aaron’s Bootcamp programme will help you build your cardio fitness and burn calories. Sessions alternate between full body and targeted body area workouts. It’s focused on training the body in a variety of ways to challenge the heart and lungs to improve fitness, burn calories and strengthen the body. Classes offer a variety of full body and targeted body area workouts to keep you on your toes!
