The North East Hampshire Recovery College is working in partnership with Everyone Active and Hart District Council to develop a brand new course aimed at helping people be active in a supportive environment.
This 10-week course would be for those who feel rather sluggish or have a feeling that they ought to be more active but find the idea of exercise daunting. A Recovery College Coach would co-facilitate these sessions with a qualified physical activity instructor and support students to build their confidence to access the leisure centre and engage in the sessions.
We would like to hear from you if you would be interested in taking part in this course.
Please complete this brief survey which should take around 5 – 10 minutes. Being active can have big mental health benefits. It can lift your mood, bring a sense of calm, reduce stress and help you deal with negative emotions.
Your input will help us shape the programme around what people want and is essential to help us demonstrate that there is demand for the course. We will use the information to make an application for funding to deliver the course. Please note: completing this questionnaire does not guarantee you a space on the course.
