Online Booking at Coral Reef

In response to customer feedback and following a successful trial, we’ve made some changes to improve the experience for customers at Coral Reef Waterworld! From 1st August 2019 we moved to online only bookings during weekends, bank holidays and holiday periods. During these times tickets to visit us will need to be purchased online in advance of arriving and can now be booked up to 2 months in advance!

To improve the customer experience for everyone we’ll also be reducing the number of customers in the pool for each session and increasing the number of booking sessions available throughout the day online – guaranteeing your session time!

We’ll also be reducing pool session times from 2hrs to 1.5hrs per session which will ensure there are less people in the pool and changing village, reducing queue times and also improving car parking with a new online inclusive car parking ticket.

In addition to this we are also introducing a brand new ticket type, the Flexi ticket. The Flexi ticket allows customers to amend their booking by moving to another session time or date, subject to registering their details.
