12 Week Weight Management Programme

What is it?

Everyone Active in the London Borough of Havering is delighted to announce our New 12 week Weight Management Programme.

Our specially designed group exercise and nutrition course is aimed at individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or more, and has been carefully formulated to help people lose weight and keep it off!

The 12 week Weight Management Programme is delivered by physical activity specialists, the aim of the sessions is to help you lose weight permanently in a healthy achievable lifestyle. The results are obtainable by making small significant changes to your lifestyle and your eating regime, we will educate you and teach you how a regular eating plan can make a real difference to your wellbeing.

Each week the class will last for a duration of 1 ½ hours which consists of; a 45 minute class room based session which will focus on various nutritional topics to help educate enabling you to make informed changes to your diet and eating regime. Our 45 minute group exercise class follows the nutrition section of the course and places emphasis on basic low impact, compound exercises which are specially choreographed and adapted to help increase your muscular strength and endurance, and raise your resting metabolic rate.

When does the 12 week programme take place?

  • Central Park – Mondays at 12:00 starting on 10th February 2020
  • Hornchurch – Thursdays at 18:15 starting on 13th February 2020
