Café Safety Measures

Following the Governments COVID alert level guidance

We are continually updating our measures in line with the latest Government guidance and will update this page accordingly. Please continue to familiarise yourself with the latest information. See further information on Government Social Guidelines.

In facilities where there is a high or very high local COVID alert level, all customers must avoid mixing and maintain a social distance from everyone outside of their household or support bubble throughout their visit.

Children’s activities and disability sport can continue as per government guidance.

Before booking, please check and follow any local COVID alert travel restrictions where you live and where the facility is located.

You can find the government page – Alert Levels.

We have reopened all our cafes that are able to adhere to the latest Government guidance. Those that have reopened are all operating a takeaway service and a table service, where possible. As per all areas of our centres, we have a one-way system in place around all our open cafes. Masks are to be worn by customers in the café at all times, unless they are sat at a table and eating/drinking.

Everyone Active is now operating the NHS Test and Trace system, in line with Government legislation. At the point of ordering in our cafes, you will be asked to complete the NHS Test and Trace – this may be in the form of scanning the QR codes located in the café or by notifying a member of our team of what centre activity you have booked onto on our systems.

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with our general centre safety measures as well as the listed facility specific measures prior to your visit.
