Southwark free swim and gym

Southwark residents are able to use the swim and gym facilities in six of the councils leisure centres, operated by Everyone Active in partnership with Southwark Council. Please complete the below details to either join the scheme for the first time or to renew your free swim and gym membership. This should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
