Firstly, the 100-station gym features all the latest equipment and is sure to help you achieve your fitness goals, while our indoor climbing wall is ideal for beginners and experienced climbers alike. Furthermore, swimmers of all ages and abilities can enjoy our pool, in which we host our award-winning swimming lessons, amidst a plethora of other aquatic activities, while our sports hall facilitates a variety of activities. You can also enjoy a range of different group fitness classes that are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
Our 30m swimming pool is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Whether you want to enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, want to go for a casual swim or you’d prefer to take it a bit more seriously with lane swimming, we’re sure to have the right session for you.
Sports Hall
Our five-court sports hall is set right in the heart of the centre and can be hired either in full or by half. You can play basketball, badminton and volleyball, while it’s also available for private hire events.
Climbing Wall
Seymour boasts some of the best climbing facilities you’ll find in the capital. As well as having the tallest wall in central London, there are also 12 roped lines to help you get up there and the routes are regularly changed. There’s also a bouldering area with approximately 52 problems to solve as well as a training area to help you improve your climbing technique. We also offer NICAS-accredited courses to help you become the climber you always wanted to be.
