About this Centre
Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre, right in the middle of Aylesbury, features everything water lovers among you could possibly want. As well as a competition standard 25 metre main pool, there’s also a leisure pool, complete with lazy river, two flumes, drop slides and range of bubble beds. Connected to the leisure pool is is is the Glass House Pool, which makes Aqua Vale a unique attraction. Alongside our superb aquatic facilities, you can also enjoy our large, well-appointed gym, dedicated group cycling studio and varied group exercise programme. You can also enjoy our dance studio, while we also have two 3G artificial football pitches available for hire, as well as extensive vending facilities available.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

Our 84-station gym features the latest cardio and resistance equipment, including a free weight zone.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a wide range of different classes, many of which are available as virtual classes, as well as instructor-led sessions. There are classes for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level; from intense Les Mills BODYCOMBAT classes to more relaxed Yoga and Pilates sessions.
Swimming Pool
Our three fantastic pools cater for everyone. Whether you want to enjoy the leisure pool’s water features, slides and lazy river, experience a laned or leisure swim in our beautiful Glass House Pool, or for fitness swimming the eight-lane, 25m competition swimming pool is perfect. Furthermore, you can also take advantage of our award-winning child and adult swimming lessons.
Artificial Football Pitch
Come down and give our 3G football pitch a try. Available to hire on an individual basis and for regular club bookings.
Group Cycling Studio
Our dedicated group cycling studio hosts both virtual and instructor-led classes. These sessions are ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or more experienced, they're a fantastic way to help you reach your fitness goals.

If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centre on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you.
